Those who aim to become Rulers

Those who have a desire to rule are more than likely the ones who are not right to become rulers.

It is not so much a case that gaining power corrupts a person, but more so that with power they reveal who it is that they truly are. 

A ruler should be selfless, a vessel to act upon their people's needs and troubles. To make things better for all, not only for themselves.

You look throughout history and so many were anything but that. Ambitious to achieve power for their own aims and benefits, often at the removal of others who held that role before them.
